What should I do if I receive AutoSSL Expiry Notification

You will receive an AutoSSL Expiry Notification when your domain AutoSSL is going to expired. 

 

First, you may check your domain SSL status via https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html by entering your domain and click "Check SSL".

 

If your domain SSL is expired, please submit a ticket to our support team for checking.

 

If you wish to disable AutoSSL Notification, may follow instructions below : 

 

1. Log into cPanel (http://www.YourDomain.com/cpanel).

2. Go to "Preferences" menu.

3. Click on "Contact Information".

 

 

4. Under Contact Preferences, untick "AutoSSL certificate expiry" and "SSL certificate expiry" :

 

 

5. Click Save.
