We are hereby announcing price adjustments with immediate effect on 1st Aug 2019. Sales and Service Tax 6% will be imposed on the invoice along side with the price adjustments on our domains and hosting services. It will be 10% from your existing pricing for hosting services and for domain name we will send you via email upon renewal.
This is inevitable in the recent price hike that we no longer able to absorb on the SST charged to us by the vendors for domain names. For hosting side, we have upgraded our server to serve you better where the hardware price 5 years ago and today is so much difference which close to double. We refresh our servers every 5 years which from our past experience hardwares after 5 years even though no problem doesn't mean no issue. When it crash, it going to be ugly. So to ensure our servers are 99% uptime this exercise is inevitable.
